Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team as an Accounts Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and financial controls. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities




- Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with Ind AS, including schedules, notes to accounts, and supporting workings.
- Manage month-end and year-end financial closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, variance analysis, and management reports to support business decision-making.
- Handle end-to-end GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, reconciliations, and resolution of GST-related issues.
- Manage complete TDS compliance, including applicability analysis, deduction, payment, quarterly return filing, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with statutory, tax, and internal auditors by preparing audit schedules, responding to audit queries, and ensuring timely completion of audits.
