Key Responsibilities
- Configure Agent Force AI Agents and prompt engineering
- Implement Responsible AI guardrails and ensure security compliance
- Develop and manage workflows, permission management, and security guardrails
- Analyze AI performance using analytics tools
- Integrate digital channels, CRM data, and external APIs
- Work with Apex, Flows, and workflow automation
- Ensure Data Cloud grounding with RAG
- Manage and optimize Agent Force reasoning engine
Requirements
- Develop and manage Salesforce implementations with 5+ years of experience
- Utilize robust expertise in the Salesforce Security Model
- Apply hands-on involvement in at least one Salesforce Agent Force implementation
- Demonstrate proficiency in configuring Agent Force AI Agents and prompt engineering
- Showcase knowledge of Responsible AI guardrails and Agent Force reasoning engine
- Possess skills in Apex, Flows, workflow automation, permission management, and security guardrails
- Hold Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
- Hold Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
