We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to lead and oversee retail operations across Kerala. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in supermarket or hypermarket operations, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive operational efficiency, sales growth, and team performance.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 12–15 years in retail operations.
Industry Preference: Supermarket or Hypermarket.
Experience managing operations across Kerala is mandatory.
