We are looking for a highly driven Partner Sales Manager to build and expand strategic relationships with Salesforce, Databricks, Snowflake, cloud partners, system integrators, and ISVs. The role focuses on generating qualified opportunities, building joint go-to-market programs, and driving revenue through the partner ecosystem.
*(US/Evening Shift - 5pm - 2am | 6pm - 3am | 7pm - 4am).*

Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with Databricks, Salesforce, and cloud ecosystem partners across the field and field leadership teams
- Build joint GTM strategies and co-selling initiatives
- Generate qualified enterprise opportunities through partner channels
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams of CelerityHat’s clients
- Manage executive-level stakeholder relationships
- Track partner pipeline and revenue targets
- Represent the company at conferences, webinars, and industry events
- Collaborate on solution positioning around AI, Data Engineering, Cloud Migration, Analytics, and Digital Transformation




- Responsible for periodical KPI reporting for each partner being managed

Experience & Background
- 5 - 7 years of B2B technology sales experience
- Experience selling through or to ecosystem partners
- Experience managing strategic alliances rather than only inside sales will be preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets

Network & Relationships
- Solid network across one or more ecosystems like Databricks, Salesforce, Snowflake, AWS, etc.
- Ability to work with CXOs, Practice Heads, Delivery Leaders, and Partner Managers
- Existing relationships within the Salesforce or Databricks ecosystem (preferred)

Technical & Domain Exposure
- Strong understanding of
Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or AWS
- Exposure to AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, Analytics, or Digital Transformation services
- Exposure to Salesforce products: Agentforce, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, or similar technologies, or
- Familiarity with GenAI, Agentic A
