We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications, including PolicyCenter (PC), BillingCenter (BC), and ClaimCenter (CC). The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Guidewire configuration, Gosu development, integrations, and the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).
- Configure Guidewire components including Data Model, PCF, Rules, Workflows, Product Model, and Typelists.
- Develop business logic using Gosu, GScript, and Guidewire APIs.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP Web Services, Messaging, Plugins, and Batch Processes.
- Develop reusable Guidewire components following best practices.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.




- Support deployment activities and production issue resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Required Skills
- Strong experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).
- Hands-on experience in Gosu, PCF, Data Model, Rules Engine, Workflows, and Product Model.
- Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Messaging, and Plugins.
- Good knowledge of Java, SQL, XML, JSON, and XSD.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
- Knowledge of Guidewire Studio and Guidewire Cloud concepts.
- Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Robust analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
