Role Description
The Reservations Manager is responsible for overseeing all reservation activities, including handling booking inquiries, confirming reservations, managing room inventory, and ensuring accurate guest information in the system. This full-time role involves coordinating with front office and sales teams, optimizing occupancy and rates, and maintaining clear communication with guests before arrival. The Reservations Manager will respond to calls,



emails, and online booking requests, address guest queries, and support special requests and group bookings. The role also includes monitoring booking channels, preparing reservation reports, implementing reservation policies, and training team members on reservation procedures. This is an on-site role based at Ratan Villas Sariska Resort in the Alwar district, requiring close collaboration with the operations team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications
- Strong reservations and booking management skills, including experience with reservation systems or property management software.
- Customer service and guest relations skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a courteous and qualified demeanor.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact clearly with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
- Sales skill
