Sr. Sales & Marketing Executive B2B Sales (ISO Certification | Offline Marketing)

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management (Inbound)
- Own all incoming leads from website, email, phone, campaigns, portals, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Respond within defined TAT zero unattended leads.
- Qualify and classify leads (hot / warm / cold) and follow up until converted or formally closed.
- Maintain accurate, live records in the CRM.

Client Outreach & New Business Generation
- Proactively reach out to new prospects through calls, emails, qualified networking, and in-person meetings.
- Re-engage old connections built through exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and industry events, and convert them into live opportunities.
- Build referral networks through clients, consultants, auditors, industry associations, and channel partners.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional standards, surveillance, training, and compliance services to existing clients.

Sales Conversion & Closure
- Meet clients and prospects (in person and virtually), understand requirements,



and drive enquiries to closure.
- Prepare proposals and quotations in line with pricing policy; negotiate professionally while protecting margins.
- Ensure every lead reaches a definitive outcome converted, or closed with a documented reason.
- Coordinate with operations, technical, and accounts for smooth client onboarding.
- Own and continuously improve the lead-to-closure conversion ratio.

Client Relationship, Feedback & Testimonials
- Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business, renewals, and referrals.
- Stay engaged through the certification lifecycle surveillance, recertification, scope extension.
- Systematically collect client feedback, testimonials, video bytes, and case-study material, and route them to the marketing team.
- Act as the client's voice internally escalate service issues for corrective action.
