Role & responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
- Configure and support SAP Financial Accounting (FI) modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Treasury, and Financial Closing.
- Configure and support SAP Controlling (CO) modules, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing (CO-PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Support solution design, localization, testing, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and transition to application support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, SD, and PS modules.
- Perform configuration, troubleshooting, defect analysis, and issue resolution.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and business process standards.




- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective SAP solutions.

Preferred candidate profile
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant.
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
- Expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Financial Closing) and SAP CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, CO-PC, CO-PA).
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Product Costing configuration.
- Valuable understanding of SAP FSCM processes.
- Experience integrating SAP FICO with MM, SD, and PS modules.
- Strong knowledge of SAP configuration, customization, testing, and transport management.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification is preferred (or mandatory if required by the client).
- Exposure to Agile/SAFe methodology is an added advantage.
