Job Summary

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for leading the overall financial strategy, governance, and performance of Orin Group. The CFO will oversee financial planning, accounting, taxation, treasury, banking, budgeting, compliance, audits, risk management, project finance, investor relations, and business strategy. The role requires a commercially driven leader who can support business growth, optimize profitability, and ensure robust financial control across all business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership
- Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Provide strategic financial advice to the Managing Director and Board.
- Drive long-term financial planning and sustainable business growth.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and expansion initiatives.




- Lead financial transformation and digitalization initiatives.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
- Lead annual budgeting and business planning.
- Develop rolling forecasts and long-term financial models.
- Monitor business performance against budgets.
- Conduct profitability, cost, and variance analysis.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and applicable regulations.
- Maintain robust accounting policies and internal controls.
- Ensure timely financial closing.

Treasury & Banking
- Manage the Group's treasury operations.
- Optimize working capital and cash flow.
- Develop banking relationships.
