Role Description
The Team Lead role is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai. The Team Lead will oversee a team of back-office and customer service professionals, ensuring accurate and timely completion of documentation, accounting, and support tasks for logistics clients. Responsibilities include planning daily workflows, assigning tasks,



monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining high-quality standards. The role involves coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, resolving operational issues, and providing regular reports and updates. The Team Lead will also coach team members, conduct training, support process improvements, and contribute to the implementation of technology-driven solutions.

Qualifications
- Experience leading teams in back-office operations, customer service, or logistics support, with strong people management and mentoring skills.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding or logistics processes, including documentation, accounting, and customer service workflows.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks, with strong attention to detail and quality.
- Proficiency with common office productivity tools and basic IT systems used in logistics and back-office environments.
