Role Description
The Sales Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The intern will engage with prospective students and working professionals, explaining available management and distance education programs and guiding them through the admission process. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling and conducting counseling sessions, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions.
The intern will support senior counselors and the sales team in follow-ups, participating in promotional activities, and meeting enrollment targets. This role offers exposure to education counseling, sales processes, and customer-facing communication in a professional setting.
