Role Description
The L4 Technical Support for MODA Application is a remote, contract role focused on providing advanced technical support for the MODA platform to internal teams and external clients. The role involves diagnosing and resolving complex application and system issues, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating with development, infrastructure, and product teams to implement long-term solutions. Responsibilities include handling escalated support tickets, monitoring application performance, documenting resolutions, and contributing to knowledge base articles and support processes. The role also requires close collaboration with customer support teams to ensure timely communication, high customer satisfaction, and adherence to agreed service levels. The professional in this role will continuously analyze support trends, suggest improvements, and help optimize the reliability and usability of the MODA application.

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for complex applications.




- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to perform root cause analysis and interpret system logs and performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to manage escalations and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Experience supporting enterprise or healthcare-related applications, preferably in a Level 3 or Level 4 support capacity.
- Familiarity with ticketing and incident management tools, change management processes, and ITIL-based practices.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize multiple issues, and meet response and resolution SLAs.
- Provide L4 operational support for the MODA application. The candidate would be required to trouble shoot MODA application issues and in the future support instrument config file updates, server installs etc.
