Standard Securities & Investment Intermediates Ltd. is a SEBI-registered stock broking firm offering investment and trading services to clients.

Job Responsibilities
- Handling day-to-day back office operations including trade reconciliation, client account management, and settlement processes.
- Accounts-related tasks: bookkeeping, invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and bank reconciliations.
- Compliance Management: Ensuring adherence to SEBI, exchange, and statutory regulations in back-office processes.
- Compliance Management: Managing regulatory documentation, filings, and audit trails related to client onboarding and transactions.
- Maintaining client records, KYC documentation, and coordination with banks and depositories (CDSL/NSDL).
- Preparing MIS reports, ledgers, and supporting audit requirements.




- Other back-office and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: 1–4 years in back office/accounts, preferably in stock broking, financial services, or NBFC.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, Excel, and accounting software (Tally preferred).
- Knowledge of GST and TDS is a big plus.
- Familiarity with SEBI regulations, DP operations, and trading settlement cycles is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle high-volume work.
- Good communication skills (Hindi + English).
