About the Role This role involves working in a bilingual or multilingual client/service delivery environment, utilizing strong proficiency in English and at least one additional language. The role is part of a fast-paced environment, requiring the management of multiple stakeholders and projects. Success in this role depends on demonstrated experience in sourcing, procurement, and strategic sourcing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct commercial discussions and Full Time support/negotiation
- Utilize strategic sourcing processes and RFx lifecycle knowledge
- Negotiate with suppliers
- Analyze data to inform procurement decisions
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Support procurement operations and category management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
Requirements
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Have 5 to 7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or category management
- Demonstrate solid proficiency in English and at least one additional language: Spanish / French / Swedish / Arabic / Portuguese / Italian / Hebrew / Czech
- Utilize strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Have experience in commercial discussions and Full Time support/negotiation
- Be proficient in procurement tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications
