Job Summary

Atria Institute of Technology is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admission Marketing Executive to promote the institution, generate student admissions, and build strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, marketing, and interpersonal skills with a passion for student engagement and educational outreach.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote the institution's academic programs to prospective students and parents.
- Generate admission enquiries through field marketing and relationship-building activities.
- Visit schools, PU colleges, coaching centers, and educational fairs to create awareness about the institution.
- Conduct seminars, presentations, and career guidance sessions.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate admission campaigns, events, and campus visits.




- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and corporate organizations.
- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to execute promotional strategies.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors and admission trends.
- Assist in planning digital and offline marketing activities.

Qualification
