Sanvita Biotechnologies is looking for Veterinary Officers to support our biologicals / biotech manufacturing operations. The role is suitable for BVSc / MVSc candidates who are interested in working in a regulated biotech, vaccine or biologicals manufacturing environment.
The candidate will support animal health monitoring, clinical observations, sample collection, documentation and coordination with Production, QC and QA teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor animal health, welfare and clinical condition as per company protocols.
- Support biologicals / vaccine-related production and QC activities wherever required.
- Assist in sample collection, observations, reporting and record maintenance.
- Maintain accurate documentation as per SOP, GMP and internal quality requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, QC and QA teams for daily operational requirements.
- Follow biosafety, hygiene, animal welfare and quality compliance standards.
- Support audits, investigations,
deviation documentation and training activities when required.
- Ensure proper reporting of any abnormal observations, health issues or process-related concerns.
Required Candidate Profile
- BVSc qualification is mandatory.
- MVSc candidates can also apply.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are eligible.
- Interest in biotech, vaccines, biologicals, animal studies or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
- Positive observation, discipline and documentation skills are required.
- Willingness to work in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of GMP, GLP, biosafety, laboratory practices or animal handling will be an advantage.
- Veterinary Council registration can be preferred, especially for candidates handling formal veterinary responsibilities.
