About Us

Karapuzha Adventure Zone is one of Kerala's fastest-growing adventure tourism destinations, located at the scenic Karapuzha Dam in Wayanad. We welcome thousands of visitors every month and are expanding our network of travel partners across Kerala and South India.

We are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven B2B Manager who enjoys meeting people, travelling, and building business partnerships.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and onboard travel agencies, tour operators, schools, colleges, corporates, and other group booking partners.
- Build long-term partnerships that generate recurring business.
- Develop customized travel packages and group offers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through new and existing clients.

Sales & Partnerships
- Meet travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients to generate business.
- Conduct presentations and negotiate partnership agreements.
- Generate new leads through networking,



field visits, and industry contacts.
- Represent Karapuzha Adventure Zone at tourism events, exhibitions, and trade fairs.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners.
- Ensure smooth coordination for group bookings and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the hotel, resort, travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Hindi or Tamil is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and client visits.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM is an advantage).

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month.
- Earn up to ₹45,000 per month through performa
