Sr Specialist - HR Knowledge

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide subject-matter guidance on structuring knowledge for AI use cases and recommend improvements to content presentation
- Identify opportunities and recommend approaches for incorporating AI agents and workflow automation within existing processes
- Find and update outdated documents based on defined change initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency within established processes
- Review internal AI agent feedback for HR, route updates through established approval processes, and follow through to completion
- Develop and refine AI-ready templates for OCM projects, incorporating feedback and supporting adoption within defined workflows
- Validate AI agent responses for live projects to ensure accuracy and alignment with approved knowledge content
- Partner with SharePoint architects to support content structure and organization that enhances AI usability and transparency
- Collaborate with SharePoint architects, OCM,



and PMs to support knowledge management activities and project needs
- Update and maintain SharePoint sites to ensure content is current, organized, and aligned with governance standards
- Update internal ticketing system documents, write Knowledge Base articles, and apply standardized templates for structure and components
- Collaborate with knowledge management network members to support updates and share best practices
- Participate on project teams as needed to support knowledge management deliverables
