Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI & Python Engineer to lead the development of scalable AI solutions and backend systems. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Python development, machine learning, generative AI, cloud platforms, and production-grade software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Machine Learning
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models.




- Build and optimize Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop AI-powered agents, chatbots, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor AI models for performance and reliability.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector search solutions.

Python Development
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Python.
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Optimize application performance and database interactions.
- Integrate third-party APIs and cloud services.

Data Engineering
- Design data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage.
- Work with structured and unstructured data sources.
- Implement ETL/ELT workflows.
- Ensure data quality, security, and governance standards.

Cloud & DevOps
- Deploy AI applications on cloud platforms.
- Implement CI/C
