Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission passport printers and associated hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to commercial inkjet and laser printers.
- Provide in office and remote technical support to customers.
- Perform preventive maintenance and periodic health checks on printers.
- Install firmware updates and ensure proper device configuration.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues involving Windows OS, USB communication, networking, and print queues.
- Arrange hardware spare parts from the local market whenever required.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, consumables, and cartridges at assigned locations.
- Maintain stock and inventory of printers, spare parts, consumables, and accessories at the Bengaluru office/warehouse, ensuring accurate stock records and timely replenishment.
- Coordinate stock movement and dispatch of equipment and spare parts to customer locations as required.
- Maintain service reports, installation records, and maintenance documentation.




- Provide basic operational guidance and training to customers after installation.
- Coordinate with the internal technical team for issue escalation and resolution.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HP Commercial Inkjet and Laser Printers, especially secure ID/passport printer devices.
- Good understanding of printer hardware, electronics, and peripheral devices.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, USB communication, and printer configurations.
- Experience with remote support tools such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or similar applications.
- Ability to diagnose and repair hardware faults efficiently.
- Basic inventory and stock management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local procurement and vendor coordination for hardware spare parts is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to work independently.
