Your Tasks
- Managing of existing quality tools.
- Integration of AI in Quality Management
- Development of recent quality tools as per the requirement of department
- Development and maintenance of dashboards [Creating and managing dashboards that provide ready-to-use reports for quality-related activities]
- Corporate Quality portal management and upgrade
- Enhancing use of Microsoft Tools promoting and integrating tools such as Power BI and Power
- Automate into regular operational workflows
- Driving digitization initiatives leading digitization efforts for ongoing and future process improvement projects.
- Data analysis – performing data-driven assessments to support quality initiatives.
- Data preparation and presentation for high level meetings"Basic awareness of quality activities
- Root Cause Analysis, CAPA
- Internal Audit
- ISO 9001 [added benifits]"
- Basic understanding of IT architecture and data flow.
- Experties in the area of Microsoft Tools such as Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.
- Which includes -
- Advanced Power BI dashboard creation.
- Power Automate for workflow automation (e.g., approvals, alerts).
- Integration with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
- Knowledge in the area of Intranet and SharePoint Management Statistical analysis using excel or anyother relevant tool Data handling
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Science/ Statistics OR equivalent [Minimum Qualification]
- Experience: 5 years
- Additional Skills-Based Training [added advantage]
- Data analysis tools (Excel, Python, R
