Role Description




The Senior Product Development & Innovation Engineer is a full-time, in office role based at Oswal Industries Limited in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and enhancement of valve products and related technologies, from concept through validation and commercialization. Day-to-day activities include conducting research and development for new products and materials, performing detailed mechanical and product design calculations, and collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and testing teams to ensure robust, cost-effective, and compliant solutions. The engineer will drive innovation initiatives, analyze field performance data, address customer and application-specific requirements, and support certification and qualification processes for critical services, including high-pressure and nuclear applications. The role also involves preparing technical documentation, contributing to continuous improvement project
