Role & responsibilities

Require Skills and scope of Work:

1.Implement TPM pillars including Autonomous maintenance, Planned maintenance and Focused improvement(Kaizen).

2.Develop Preventive, Predictive and corrective maintenance schedule for machine and monitor the execution on the machine.

3.Monitor machine performance and BD trend. Also develop a RCA for the BD of machine and execute the Corrective and preventive Action(CAPA) with a COE Maint team.

4.Support operator in Autonomous maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, Inspection.(CLI)

5.Maintain TPM Documentation, checklist, Machine History card and maintenance records.

6.Analyze downtime data and develop action plans to improve machine availability with COE team. 7.Ensure Compliance with safety, health and environmental standards.

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical engineering with 5-7 yrs of relevant experience in industrial maintenance & TPM activities in a manufacturing workplace

Knowledge of TPM pillars,OEE,5S,Kaizen,RCA and FMEA.
