We're expanding our digital marketing team and are looking for a passionate Performance Marketing Executive who enjoys working with data, creativity, and measurable business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max and YouTube.
- Monitor campaign KPIs including CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS and Conversion Rate.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Excel.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, banners and video creatives.
- Execute A/B testing for creatives, audiences and landing pages.
- Manage lead generation campaigns and optimize campaign performance.
- Support social media content planning and publishing across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Monitor campaign budgets and improve lead quality.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta and Google advertising features and industry trends.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
- Experience in campaign reporting and data analysis.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Google Ads Manager.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking is preferred.
- Experience in Social Media Management (SMM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Robust communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate, BFSI, Education or Healthcare marketing will be an advantage.
- Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint is preferred.
- Experience with CRM platforms and lead management is a plus.
