5.5 Days (1st & 2nd Saturday of every month are off)

We're looking for a
Senior Education Counsellor
to guide senior professionals—including
CXOs, Directors, Entrepreneurs, and Executives
—in enrolling in our prestigious
Doctor of Business Administration (DBA)
programs.

Key Responsibilities




- Manage the complete counselling and enrollment journey.
- Understand candidates' career goals and provide personalized guidance.
- Conduct consultative sales discussions and effectively handle objections.
- Assist candidates throughout the admission process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining CRM records.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2C sales.
- Experience in EdTech, Executive Education, MBA/DBA, or other high-value consultative sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- CRM experience is an added advantage.
