Experience: 2- 3 years of proven experience in customer success, student success (Ed-Tech) or arelated role.
Student Management: Understanding of Rapport to ensure effective student alignment while theirprogram
commences
Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport withclients.
CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM software for effective lead management and reporting.
Self-Motivated: Self Motivated and organized, Capable of Managing a high volume of client
interactions.
Adaptability:



Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work collaboratively in a team
environment.
