We are looking for a highly motivated
AI Performance Marketing Specialist
who is passionate about digital marketing, automation, and the latest AI-powered technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running high-performing advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms while leveraging AI tools to improve campaign performance, content creation, audience targeting, reporting, and optimization.

Key ResponsibilitiesMeta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Plan, create, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads and maximize ROAS.




- Create and test multiple audience segments and campaign strategies.
- Use AI tools for ad creatives, copywriting, audience insights, campaign optimization, and reporting.
- Perform A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Monitor KPIs including CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and Conversion Rate.

Google Ads
- Manage Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Optimize keyword strategy, bidding, Quality Score, and conversion tracking.
- Utilize AI-powered bidding strategies and automation.
- Generate qualified leads while maintaining target acquisition costs.
- Analyze campaign data and implement performance improvements.

Technical SEO
- Conduct complete technical SEO audits.
- Identify and resolve indexing, crawling, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and site performance issues.
- Optimize website architecture and improve search engine visibility.
