Job Description

Train, develop and mentor the team (skill and capacity building for all researchers in the team)

Responsible for achieving business targets and optimizing deliveries

Creating business pitches, proposals, identifying prospects and converting them to clients

Collaborate with quantitative and other teams towards building a comprehensive and seamless research plan and design

Overall, responsible for providing actionable insights/recommendations for clients

Lead client meetings, presentations

Track business KPIs (revenue, profitability)

Manage and oversee research projects
Language Skills

Proficient written and verbal communication skills
