As an Applications Support Tech Lead Analyst, you will deliver technical and operational support across Citi's application environment, acting as a key connector between end users, internal technology teams, and vendors to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Coordinate with multiple technology teams to ensure seamless integration of application functions,



identifying system gaps and delivering targeted enhancements that meet business goals.
- Analyze existing application logic to diagnose complex issues, define root causes, and implement scalable, sustainable solutions that reduce operational risk.
- Formulate and document systems scope and objectives for high-impact application enhancements, translating complex business processes and industry standards into transparent technical requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Systems Analysts to determine system impacts, capture support requirements, and align technical delivery to business expectations.
- Identify application vulnerabilities, security risks, and operational exposures, clearly communicate potential impacts, and present structured risk mitigation options to stakeholders.
