Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, condent and self-motivated Field Sales & Marketing Executives to expand
our solar business across Rajasthan.
This is a 100% Field Sales & Marketing role. Oce work is minimal. Candidates should be comfortable
traveling daily, meeting customers, generating new leads and promoting our solar products and services.
Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
¢ Generate recent customer leads through eld marketing.
¢ Conduct door-to-door marketing in residential and commercial areas.
¢ Visit homes, shops, factories, oces and industries.
¢ Distribute company brochures and promotional materials.
¢ Meet builders, architects, contractors,
electricians and dealers.
¢ Generate enquiries for Residential, Commercial and Industrial Solar Projects.
¢ Conduct market surveys and identify potential customers.
¢ Perform WhatsApp marketing and social media promotions.
¢ Collect customer information and maintain daily lead reports.
¢ Follow up with interested customers.

¢ Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
¢ Coordinate with the sales team for customer conversions.
Candidate Prole
¢ 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma
¢ Freshers are welcome.
¢ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
¢ Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
¢ Willing to travel extensively within assigned territory.
¢ Own Android smartphone is mandatory.
¢ Two-wheeler preferred.
¢ Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Maps and MS Oce.
