Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) solutions.
- Build and enhance applications using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Implement and support Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys and Customer Insights – Data.
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, custom APIs, and integrations with external systems.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, deployments, and production support.

Mandatory Skills
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE).
- Strong development experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.




- Hands-on implementation experience with
Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys
.
- Hands-on implementation experience with
Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data
.
- Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Valuable understanding of solution management, security model, and ALM.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with
Dynamics 365 Customer Service
.
- Experience with
Omnichannel for Customer Service
.
- Azure integration experience (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management) is an added advantage.
- Exposure to Copilot Studio or AI capabilities is a plus.
