Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D models from DWG/CAD drawings for architectural visualization projects
- Model detailed furniture, fixtures, and interior elements from reference or DWG files
- Develop photorealistic renders using Corona Renderer and V-Ray
- Manage render jobs efficiently using Pulze Scene Manager
- Build real-time visualization experiences in Unreal Engine
- Optimize 3D assets for glTF/GLB workflows and web delivery
- Work with Vantage for immersive real-time walkthroughs
- Collaborate with the team on project timelines and deliverables
- Maintain organized file structures and follow naming conventions

Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience (freshers will not be considered)
- Must be able to 3D model from DWG/CAD drawings accurately
- Strong furniture and interior element modelling skills
- Robust 3D modelling skills (architecture, interiors, furniture)




- Proficiency in 3ds Max as primary 3D software
- Experience with Corona Renderer and/or V-Ray
- Experience with Pulze Scene Manager for render management
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine for real-time visualization
- Understanding of glTF/GLB export workflows
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiar with Google Chat (team communication tool)
- Good eye for detail, lighting, and composition
- Hindi fluency (team communicates in Hindi)
- Reliable internet connection (100+ Mbps recommended)
