Key Responsibilities

The Solution Integrator is responsible for designing, orchestrating, and validating complex technology solutions across operational technology (OT) and enterprise IT environments. This role ensures that systems such as ADMS, EMS, SCADA, and associated platforms function cohesively as an integrated operational ecosystem. The Solution Integrator provides technical leadership across solution architecture, integration design, cybersecurity alignment, and end-to-end system validation within large-scale utility transformation programs.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in instrumentation, Information Technology or Engineering
- 10 years of experience in business and technology consulting, relevant product management, and/or project implementation services as part of an OT vendor team with emphasis on system integration and solution architecture
- 2+ years of experience with electric utility control systems operations or maintenance




- Actively participated in at least two ADMS projects through the complete lifecycle including requirements development, design, systems integration & implementation and testing
- Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., NERC CIP, IEC, IEEE) and utility regulatory environments
- Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) and enterprise architecture frameworks
- Background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related technical discipline
- Knowledge of or direct experience with Grid Management & Modernization Solutions Deployment (e.g. Grid Modernization Technologies, Advanced Distribution Management System, Distributed Energy Resource Management System, Automated Metering Infrastructure) and/or Utility IT Transformation (Enterprise Asset Management, Work Management, Customer Information Systems, ERP)
