Role Description
The Client Engagement – US role is a full time, hybrid position based in Gurugram, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role focuses on managing and strengthening relationships with US-based clients by understanding their research needs and coordinating relevant expert engagements. Day-to-day responsibilities include liaising with clients to clarify project requirements,



identifying and onboarding suitable experts from the network, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of consultations and related services. The position also involves monitoring client satisfaction, addressing queries or issues promptly, and collaborating with internal teams to improve engagement processes and service offerings. The successful candidate will proactively contribute to account growth through consistent communication, follow-ups, and a strong focus on client experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should have 1–5 years of experience in client handling, stakeholder management, project management, account management, or related client-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for international client interactions.
- Candidates should be originally from or permanently settled in the Delhi NCR region, given the hybrid work model and business requirements.
