About the role
We are building a multilingual meditation and spiritual-growth mobile app, developed by a small, AI-native team where AI handles the bulk of code generation and humans direct, review, and ship. As Project Manager Intern, you sit at the centre of that loop.
You will be the person who keeps the build moving every single day — translating the founder's vision into concrete tasks, keeping the developer and the AI coding workflow in sync, and making sure milestones actually land when they're supposed to.
What you'll do
- Coordinate daily between the app developer and the AI-driven build workflow — tracking what's generated, what's under review, and what's merged.
- Own the sprint board: break milestones into sprints, track progress, flag slippage early, and keep every task moving to done.
- Work directly with the founder to turn direction and priorities into clear, actionable plans — and report status with zero fluff.
- Maintain project documentation, decisions, and version discipline so there is always a single source of truth.
- Run verification: nothing is "done" until it's checked against an inspectable artifact (build, test result, document).
What we're looking for
- Relentless follow-through. You chase open items until they close — nobody has to remind you.
- Robust written and spoken communication; you can summarise a messy discussion into three clear action points.
- Comfort working hands-on with AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude or similar) as part of a daily workflow — not just curiosity, actual usage.
- Basic understanding of how software gets built (sprints, tickets, testing, releases). Prior exposure to app development or GitHub is a strong plus.
- Organised to a fault: trackers, checklists, and status updates are second nature to you.
