As we continue to expand our mobile performance marketing vertical, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can strengthen our advertiser partnerships, onboard high-quality campaigns, and help scale the business.

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven
Business Development Manager – Mobile Performance Marketing
with hands-on experience in the mobile advertising and affiliate marketing ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mobile app campaigns, existing relationships with advertisers, agencies, ad networks, or publishers, and the ability to independently identify, onboard, launch, and scale performance campaigns.

This role requires close coordination with advertisers, publisher partners,



account managers, and internal operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered profitably and sustainably.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new advertisers, agencies, brands, and ad networks for mobile performance campaigns.
- Acquire campaigns across CPA, CPI, CPR, CPL, CPS, and other performance-based models.
- Develop and maintain a solid pipeline of direct advertisers and high-quality campaign opportunities.
- Understand campaign objectives, target geographies, budgets, KPIs, attribution requirements, and compliance guidelines.
- Negotiate payouts, budgets, volumes, payment terms, margins, and other commercial conditions.
- Coordinate with internal campaign operations and publisher management teams for campaign onboarding and launch.
- Work with publisher partners and media sources to activate, optimize, and scale campaigns.
