We’re Hiring | Head – Marketing & Branding (University Group)

A leading private university and multi-specialty medical hospital in Jaipur is looking for an experienced Head – Marketing & Branding to lead and drive the group’s overall brand, marketing, and communication strategy.

This is a leadership role for someone who has successfully built and scaled brands in the higher education sector and has hands-on experience across both strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the overall marketing and branding strategy across the university and hospital group.

* Drive integrated marketing campaigns across offline and digital channels.

* Plan and execute outdoor advertising, print/newspaper campaigns, radio, and media initiatives.

* Oversee digital marketing, social media, performance marketing, and online brand visibility.

* Conceptualize and execute large-scale university events, admission campaigns, orientations, convocations, and institutional branding initiatives.





* Build strong agency and media relationships while managing marketing budgets and ROI.

* Ensure consistent brand positioning across all campuses and business verticals.

* Work closely with leadership on admissions, outreach, partnerships, and reputation-building initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

* 10–15+ years of relevant experience in Marketing & Branding.

* Prior experience in the higher education/university sector is mandatory.

* Solid exposure to offline branding, outdoor media, newspaper campaigns, digital marketing, and event management.

* Demonstrated ability to lead teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.

* Strategic thinker with excellent execution capabilities.

* Willing to relocate to Jaipur.
