We are looking for an experienced Data Security Engineer with expertise in Varonis and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to strengthen our enterprise data security framework.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, discover, and classify sensitive and business-critical data across the organization.
- Organize and remediate redundant, obsolete, and improperly stored data.
- Implement and enhance data access controls to reduce unnecessary exposure.
- Configure, manage, and fine-tune Varonis solutions for data security and governance.
- Enable and optimize Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to prevent unauthorized access and data exfiltration.
- Monitor security events and collaborate with security teams to investigate and respond to incidents.
- Work closely with infrastructure and security teams to improve the organization's overall data protection posture.





Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Data Security or Information Security.
- Solid hands-on experience with Varonis.
- Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies.
- Knowledge of Data Classification, Data Discovery, and Data Governance.
- Experience in Access Control and permission management.
- Understanding of Managed Detection & Response (MDR) concepts.
- Good understanding of enterprise security and compliance best practices.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Varonis Hybrid environments.
- Exposure to Cyber Security, Information Security, and Incident Response.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
