Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret test data, identify trends, and support investigations.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to ensure products meet regulatory and company standards.
- Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills, including sample preparation, handling of reagents, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in handling Laboratory Equipment such as HPLC, UV spectrophotometers, and other analytical instruments.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Attention to detail, solid documentation skills, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures consistently.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in a pharmaceutical quality control laboratory is an advantage.
