We're looking for a
Venture Partnerships Lead
who can strengthen T-Hub's relationships with venture capital firms, angel investors, family offices, and the broader investment ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful partnerships, understands the venture landscape, and wants to create lasting impact for startups.

About the Role

This is
not a traditional relationship management role.

You'll play a strategic role in positioning T-Hub as the preferred partner for investors seeking high-quality startup deal flow and founders looking for access to capital.

Working closely with the
Chief Growth Officer
, Funding Desk, and Startup Programs team,



you'll build and nurture investor partnerships that translate into funding opportunities for startups across our ecosystem.

What You'll Do
- Build and strengthen relationships with Venture Capital funds, Angel Networks, Family Offices, and strategic investors.
- Develop and maintain a structured investor engagement strategy across different investment stages and sectors.
- Create recurring deal-flow sharing mechanisms with leading investors.
- Represent T-Hub at investor meetings, conferences, Demo Days, and ecosystem events across India.
- Partner with internal startup teams to facilitate high-quality investor introductions.
- Maintain an investor CRM with insights on investment focus, cheque sizes, fund cycles, portfolio interests, and engagement history.
- Track partnership outcomes and continuously improve investor engagement processes.

What We're Looking For

Experience
- 5–8 years of professional experience in one or more of the following:
- Venture Capital
- Investment Banking
