Looking for a
Factory Manager
for a certified food processing company in
Nhavi, Jalgaon
(near Faizpur & Bhusawal, Maharashtra).
The company manufactures spices, herbal powders, and dehydrated products and is looking for an experienced qualified to oversee day-to-day factory operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising production — scheduling, output, and quality
- Managing inward material inspection and outward dispatch
- Overseeing bookkeeping coordination with accounts staff
- Leading and managing factory personnel
- Handling vendor, buyer, and audit visits at the facility
- Serving as the primary point of contact for remote leadership
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in food factory or processing plant management
- Hands-on approach to operations and people management
- Strong attention to process adherence and discipline
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Location:
