The mandate:

You'll work alongside our marketing team to shape how candidates perceive DXFactor before they ever apply. It's a role with genuine ownership: you'll manage parts of the content calendar, develop a explicit sense of what resonates with talent, and bring the everyday life of the company to life in content people remember.

Core responsibilities:
- Plan, produce, and publish employer-brand and culture content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
- Own segments of the content calendar end-to-end
- Write tight, human copy — captions, hooks, short scripts
- Cover company events and turn them into live coverage and recap content fast




- Coordinate with HR on hiring campaigns, employee spotlights, and candidate-facing content tied to open roles
- Drive community engagement and a consistent brand voice in comments and DMs
- Repurpose long-form content (talks, panels, interviews) into platform-native short-form
- Build AI-assisted workflows for ideation, research, and drafting
- Maintain weekly reporting with interpretation — what worked, what didn't, what's next
