Own influencer and partnership execution across Synctric's product brands, and keep the brand consistent everywhere. You'll find creators, run collaborations, and drive brand campaigns that grow reach and trust.
What you'll do
- Find, vet, and manage influencers and creators across niches (fintech, AI, tech, lifestyle)
- Run collaborations, sponsorships, and paid creator deals end to end
- Coordinate PR, brand partnerships, and co-marketing
- Keep brand voice, visuals, and messaging consistent across all products
- Support brand campaigns and community engagement
- Track campaign performance (reach, engagement,
deliverables)
Must-have
- 2+ years in influencer marketing, brand, or partnerships
- Existing creator/influencer contacts or proven ability to build them
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Organized: can juggle multiple creators and deadlines at once
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, tech, or D2C brands
- Basic understanding of social analytics
- PR or event coordination experience
