Job Description:

Param is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Store Manager to lead and manage end-to-end merchandise workflows—ranging from inventory, packaging, and dispatch to platform listing and vendor coordination. This is a critical role for ensuring operational excellence in how Param’s science-themed merchandise is produced, stocked, and sold across physical and online channels.

You will work closely with design, production, accounts,



and logistics teams to streamline backend operations and ensure timely and high-quality customer deliveries. Experience with e-commerce platforms, warehouse systems, and digital tools like Zoho is key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee inventory records through periodic audits, stock reconciliation, and digital updates.

 Ensure timely restocking and coordination across platforms and museum outlets.

 Maintain packaging quality, branding standards, and dispatch efficiency.

 Liaise with vendors, logistics partners, and internal production teams for inbound and outbound stock movement.

 Track and process returns including RTO and RTV cases.

 Supervise Unicommerce or similar order sync tools and maintain payment and invoice records through platforms like Zoho.
