Role Description
The Manager Compliance and Admin role is a full-time, on-site position based in Fatehgarh, Rajasthan.
The role is responsible for overseeing statutory compliance related to Establishment Compliance, Contract Labour Compliance, adherence to relevant laws, policies, and standards at central and state levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring compliance requirements, coordinating with contractors, maintaining accurate documentation, and preparing periodic compliance reports for internal stakeholders and external agencies. The manager will also handle administrative functions such as facility management, office operations, vendor coordination, and support for internal audits and risk management.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of labour compliance frameworks and applicable laws and guidelines in the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Experience in documentation management, and report preparation for regulatory bodies, auditors, and senior management.
