Responsibilities
Lead Software Engineer - 7-10yrs Oracle Technical
Should have 7 to 10 years of Oracle Technical experience with at least 2 end to end implementation expertise on Oracle HCM interfaces using OIC.. Techno functional professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, well coordination with the clients, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs. Should act as the Techno functional consultant on Oracle Integration projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for complex projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- In-depth working experience on Oracle Integration Cloud integrations on Oracle HCM ==> Core HR, Absences, and OTL modules.
- Expected to have positive articulation and presentation skills in both verbal and written
- The candidate must have Techno Functional expertise on the below OIC technologies
Designing, developing, and implementing OIC integration solutions using OIC pre-built adapters, REST/SOAP web services, File based data import/export (FBDI), HDL)
Handling Transformations and orchestration of interfaces between systems
Implementing fault handling and error resolution mechanisms
Developing customizations using Visual Builder or APEX or VBCS
Experience in SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation
Troubleshooting & Support : Raising SR, Coordination with Oracle on issue resolution, Assist in the identification and resolution of complex issues/problems on integrations
