Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Intermediate knowledge of SEO is mandatory.
Good understanding of:
- Keyword Research
- On-Page SEO
- Technical SEO fundamentals
- Content Optimization
- Internal Linking
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics
- Basic understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
- Basic understanding of Social Media Marketing (SMM).
- Familiarity with WordPress is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to recent technologies and marketing strategies.

Stipend:
- First month: Performance-based evaluation period (Unpaid)
- From the second month onwards: 5,000/month (subject to satisfactory performance)

What youll do:
- Plan and execute SEO campaigns for both Ascella Group and client websites.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent research.
- Optimize websites for SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.
- Manage on-page SEO, metadata, internal linking, schema basics, and content optimization.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Publish and optimize blogs, landing pages, and website content.
- Assist with backlink outreach, digital PR, and off-page SEO initiatives.
- Build and execute content marketing strategies.
- Manage and grow Ascella Groups digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other
