Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated B.Sc. Agriculture freshers to join our Product Development team. The selected candidates will work closely with the Research & Development, Product Development, and Sales & Marketing teams to coordinate crop trials, collect and analyze field data, maintain trial records, and support the evaluation and advancement of new seed varieties.

Key Responsibilities

1. Trial Management
- Coordinate and monitor field trials at different locations.
- Stay in touch with field staff and farmers to track trial progress.

2. Data Collection
- Collect and verify trial data from field teams.
- Maintain records of trial details, farmers, and crop performance.

3. Data Entry & MIS
- Update trial information in the MIS/internal system.
- Keep digital records accurate and up to date.

4. Reports




- Prepare straightforward trial reports and summaries.
- Share regular updates with the management and Product Development team.

5. Team Coordination
- Work closely with field staff, zonal teams, and other departments.
- Support the Product Development team in day-to-day activities.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of agricultural practices and crop trials.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and data management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.(Hindi is mandatory).
- Candidates should be willing to provide a minimum 3-year commitment to the organization.
