- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in East Pune.
- Executive Sourcing : *3 Positions*
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in East Pune.

2. For Centralized Sourcing Team (Pune & PCMC)

We are seeking specialized leaders to drive our centralized sourcing strategies across residential and commercial sectors.
- Manager / Senior Manager Residential Sales (ICP Management)
- Focus: Institutional Channel Partner (ICP) Management.




- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of dedicated experience in ICP sourcing.
- Vacancies: 1 Position
- Manager / Senior Manager Commercial Sales
- Focus: Sourcing for high-value properties (Office & Retail spaces).
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of dedicated experience in commercial sourcing.
- Vacancies: 2 Positions

Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record in Real Estate Sourcing / Channel Sales in Pune/PCMC.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of the local real estate ecosystem and broker networks.
