About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Wedding Decor Designer to join our team. If you have a solid design sensibility, a passion for creating immersive wedding experiences, and the ability to transform ideas into thoughtfully curated spaces, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Conceptualize and design wedding dcor based on the client's vision, preferences, and budget




- Develop mood boards, colour palettes, dcor concepts, and presentation decks for client pitches and approvals
- Create detailed dcor layouts, styling plans, and visual references for different wedding functions
- Research emerging dcor trends, materials, florals, and design inspirations to create unique experiences
- Coordinate with vendors, production teams, and execution partners to ensure designs are executed as envisioned
- Conduct venue visits to understand the space and develop customized dcor concepts
- Work closely with the planning team to ensure dcor aligns seamlessly with the overall wedding experience
- Assist during on-site setup and oversee dcor execution to maintain quality and design standards
